How to clone yourself using AI

Based on educational material by Bianca Lincks

The idea is not to replace the real estate professional. It is to capture the way you think, explain, organize and follow up, then use AI to make that working style easier to repeat with human review.

1. Document your voice before prompting

Collect examples of your emails, listing descriptions, social posts, buyer explanations and follow-up messages. Identify what sounds like you: tone, level of detail, words you avoid and how you invite the next step.

AI performs better when it has a real standard. Without examples, it usually produces generic language that does not match the relationship you are trying to build.

2. Turn expertise into repeatable prompts

Create prompt templates for common tasks: explain a neighborhood, prepare listing talking points, draft a follow-up message, summarize a lead conversation or adapt a long idea into posts.

Each template should include audience, purpose, facts, constraints, channel and required human review.

3. Use AI to support the customer journey

A useful AI workflow can help before, during and after a conversation. Before: prepare questions and content. During: summarize context. After: draft follow-up and next actions.

The system should keep the agent visible. AI can assist with consistency, but trust still comes from the human relationship.

4. Connect AI output to CRM action

A drafted message is not enough. The CRM should record the next action, owner, timeline and source. Otherwise AI creates content but the process remains disconnected.

This is why the Lincks Method connects AI to list building, branding, demand generation and growth systems instead of treating it as a separate trick.

AI self-cloning checklist

  • Voice examples collected
  • Facts separated from opinion
  • Prompt templates created
  • Human review required
  • CRM next action updated
  • Useful outputs saved for reuse
  • Performance reviewed without replacing judgment

Does this mean AI should pretend to be the agent?

No. AI should support drafting, organization and consistency. The professional remains responsible for the relationship and final message.

Is there a video recording on this page?

No. This page is a practical written summary inspired by historical educational material, not a video replay or raw deck.
